Due to the growth of DARA, our most popular styles sell out very quickly. The best thing you can do is sign up for the restock notification on the page of the product you wanted. As soon as it's back in stock, you'll be notified immediately. Sometimes, sold out products never come back, but we make exceptions if there is a large amount of customers wanting to get notified.

Where are you located?
DARA is headquartered in the city of Dallas, Texas, USA. Our warehouse is located in The Colony, Texas. Unfortunately these locations are not open to customers.
Do you have any stores?
DARA is a direct-to-consumer footwear brand. We do not own or operate any physical retail locations, and we have no plans to in the future. By focusing our energy online, we are able to provide the best customer experience, and pass on the cost savings, from not owning any stores, to you, our customers.
I own a store and want to carry your shoes. What do I do?
Thanks a lot for your interest in carrying our products. Unfortunately, we are not interested in wholesaling in physical stores at the moment.

Returns and Exchanges
How do I return or exchange my shoe?
Please head over to our Returns Center https://darashoes.com/a/returns and complete the steps outlined. If you would like an exchange, please indicate so in the form at the Returns Center. DARA offers free returns (less cost of shipment) and exchanges on all products.
Do you offer free returns?
DARA does not charge a restocking fee. However, the only cost to you for returning a shoe is the shipping cost to get the shoe back to our warehouse.
Shipping
I just ordered my shoes. When will they ship?
All orders get processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing your order.
When your order is shipped, you will get an email notification with a tracking number to track your purchase as it makes its way to you.Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order is shipped, you will get an email right away telling you it has been shipped out. That email contains your tracking number as well as the link to track your purchase
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do. We offer FREE ground shipping on ALL orders. Free ground shipping can take 4-5 business days depending on your location.
We also offer faster shipping options, 2-3 Day Shipping and Overnight Express shipping. These options are at an additional cost.
