Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur everyday except Sunday. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery. Shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery.

Returns & Replacements
A satisfied customer is a happy customer. At DARA, our Returns Policy lasts for 180 days, and our goal is to make the returns and exchange process seamless and easy for you. Please head to our Returns Center, to help you return items to DARA Shoes.


Orders can be placed via our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Items ordered over the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If any item you are interested in is out of stock, please contact our customer care team, and they'll be able to notify you when it is back in stock.


If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers..
